Hi All, I would just like to thank you all again for the support. It really does help.

My mum is now at stoke mandeville hospital, which is our local and easier to visit. She’s still not right but has improved a little every day.

I wondered why you hadn’t posted for a while, very sorry to hear about your mum not being well. But I’m glad to hear she is out off the critical list now.

Also sorry to hear about your injury too… Hopefully you’ve had your run of bad luck now, it already sounds like things are looking up now?

Hi all, Barry here.
I would like to thank you all for your kind words of support and encouragement.

My mum is getting a little better every day, and is currently waiting for a bed to become available at our local hospital, Stoke Mandeville.

She is still very confused and appears to have no short term memory, her long term memory is also playing tricks on her. But hopefully this will pass in the coming weeks.

Thanks again everyone, your support has helped more than you could imagine.
